The characteristics of Plate Heat Exchanger
Plate Heat Exchanger is mainly composed of two major part-frames and plate. The plate is made of various materials of thin plates and pressed into various corrugated shapes with different forms grinding tools, and there are holes on the four corners of the plate which are used for medium flow. The plates are often spaced by rubber sealing gaskets which are cemented into a section around the edge of the plates. The frame is composed of pressure plate, thrust plate, guide bar and tightening bolt. Plate Heat Exchanger is machine that the plates are installed between a fixed pressure plate and a pressure plate in the form of a stack, and then clamped by tightening bolts.
